INTRODUCTION
Women's rights guarantee that women will not face discrimination on the basis of their sex. Until the second half of the 20th century, women in most societies were denied some of the legal and political rights accorded to men. Although women in much of the world have gained significant legal rights, many people believe that women still do not have complete political, economic, and social equality with men.
The last one hundred years have brought great changes - especially for women. Feminism has changed the view of the wife and mother. That worldview says that the only work that matters is work for which you get paid money. It says that the only way to be fulfilled is to produce something that has economic value, either products or services. That's because the feminist viewpoint values material things above people.
WOMEN SHOULD GO TO WORK
In this paragraph I will present some advantages of women going to work.
First of all, everyone has a right to a career. Just because men are incapable of bearing children, it doesn't mean that women have to sacrifice themselves to life as a housewife.Women should have a choice - and so should men. Why not ask if the man can stay home? Stay-at-home parenting shouldn't always be just the mother's option. If both parents decided to work - and had great childcare arrangements - as long as the children are happy, then neither parent should feel bad about working.
Secondly, the woman has her money and the man has his; they divvy up the common bills and they each pay their own. That's modern marriage, a partnership, the way it should be. However, there is an advantage women have in the two-career household. Simply put, they can have it both ways. If men feel frustrated, tired, beaten, weary, they have no choice but to keep pushing. That's what men do. But the woman has a socially acceptable alternative: she can stay home. She should be able to take a break if she needs one. We all should.
Thirdly, going to work increases women's self-esteem, they became more confident in them.
