Report on check list

I am a big fun of checklists. I do checklists since I was in high school and they help me to organize better my time and resources. I usually do shopping and activities checklists.

Checklist for everyday communication it wasn't one of the checklists that I did in the past but I did it with a lot of enthusiasm now. Let's look to the results....

The checked period was 22 October - 14 November. (this means 54 days) In this period, my activities were straight linked to university and also, in this period, I met a lot of new people, I had to entertain the relationships with my old friends and with my family. In the same time, in this period I graduated a Project Manager course and this activity put me in different situations which were also checked in the list.

As you can see in my checklist for everyday communication, there is one item in which I am "the best": in 44 % of time I was OVERLY EMOTIONAL. I am that kind of person that is very implicated in what she does. This result is based on my capacity of dealing with the feelings and on my tensioned relations with the others.

As far as it concerns my sincerity, the dates show that I'm not really an INSINCERE person. Only in 18% of time I was insincere. I always like to say the truth and to be sincere with everyone but there are situations in real life, when you have to hide different things. This doesn't mean that you are lying...just means that is for the good of yourself not to tell all the truth. Usually, this kind of behavior is meant to be when I have to keep secrets or when I discuss different aspects with my parents.

There were only 5 times when I was IMPOLITE. I respect older persons and I treat with respect my family, friends and teachers.

I usually don't like SARCASTING and INSULTING persons but I recognize that there are moments in which I behave in this way. As my checklist show, in 24% of days I've been sarcastic or I insulted someone. I think that is a step forward that I recognized this fact.

I am a CRITICAL person and that's way I often critic my friend, relatives or family. I like to be a leader and what does a leader do...? He criticizes. As the results show, in 37% of days from my checklist I criticized someone.

QUARREL is not a good behavior for anyone. In the checked period, there were only 5 times when I picked a quarrel. Now, when is time to sum -up I realize that I was wrong.

Girls usually like to GOSSIP. Is one of our favorite "jobs". I don't really like to do this but there were moments (in 24% of time checked) when I've gossiped my friends....with other friends.

Yes, is well known that I don't like winter time! I hate the cold whether and October, November and December aren't my favorite months. That's why, in 50% of time checked I had different COMPLAINS about this.

I am also very careful with the food I eat, I like vegetables and fruits but I eat meat to. There were moments in this period in which I hadn't time to go shopping to take the food I wanted and this fact produced me other reasons of insatisfaction.

LYING is not one of my favorite activities. I hate lying and I don't like people who lie, but I EXAGGERATE sometimes. In this period I exaggerated only 6 times (in my opinion...)

I like "good" speaking, not obscene. I don't use this kind of language but there is possible that I've missed some words like this. I prefer not to do CURSES because I think that "what you don't like don't do to others".

In conclusion, the checklist for everyday communication and shows the reality. I am a polite person, sometimes insincere but almost all the time overly emotional. I usually complain about food and weather, I like to gossip and I criticizes my friends, but I don use obscene language, I don't quarrel and I don't like to lie.

Maybe I am a little to exaggerate but I treat myself...
