Good evening ladies and gentlemen! Tonight we talk about free aducation, an impractical dream. I have much to say about this topic but I summarize a few important things, in my opinion, because I don`t want bore you.
In our days almost don`t exist that free education. Why? Because of polity or I don`t know because of government or maybe can be even the fault of Ministery of Education. So many laws changed in the last few years and without any efficiency. The children and the teachers are dizzy for so many changes.
