A company, no matter it’s size, adapts its strategy to the evolution of the society on technological, economical and social plan. Nowadays, the strategy of the companyes it’s following with priority the satisfaction of the clients.

Definitions

Quality- Measure in which an ensemble of characteristics are fulfilling the requirements.

Requirement- Need or expectation which is declared.

Client satisfaction- Client perceivement about the measures in which his quests have been fulfilled.

Quality management system- Management system through which an organisation orientates and controls regarding to quality.

Management- Coordonated activities in order to orientate and control an organisation.

Quality assourance- Part of quality management concentrated on providing trust that the quests regarding to quality will be fulfilled.

Continuously improvement- repeted activity in order to increase the ability to fulfill the quests.

The technical progress, the development of communication ways but also the increase of the cultural level are influencing the fast evolution of the preferences, taste and the diversification of human’s needs. In these conditions, the companies which, by variety of products can assure the needed flexibility to satisfy the clients needs,are becoming more succesfull.

On the other hand, the clients are becoming more exigent regarding products quality. They are making all kinds of quests about the characteristics of the products and their compatibility with similar products. In the same time the clients want to be informed corectely and completely in order to choose the products or services themselves.

We have to be aware of the evolution af attitudes: clients are and will be severe.

In order to satisfy their needs it’s necessary to impose the accomplishment of performances in the most strictly possible way.

Nr. Factors which cause the importance of the products quality

1. Not only clients are sever but also the competition between companies is manifesting in a sever way

2. The satisfaction of the clients exigence has a significant impact over economical results of the firm and over its viability

3. The product sales represents a dynamic element of the economical activities- we are now in the services age

Which are the advantages of quality assourance?

- The encrease of clients satisfaction- as long as the bussines has as main goal the clients satisfaction, the number of clients will encrease;

- The employees morals- the necessary implication of the employees;

- An efficient promt organisation: the commitment of the staff is leading to the organisation of a motivated company, becouse they will become accustomed to put qualty first;

- High competitivity on the external market;

- Eficientely using of the human resources;

- Avoiding to repeat some fenomenons wich are diminishing the quality of products and services;

- To strenght clients trust in the offered services and their protection against fake products.

Why is the development of quality assourance system necessary?

Becouse of the application on a large scale of modern technologies in the industrialised countries, the volume of the products offered on the market has developed very fast, wich means that the offer of products and services became larger than request.

A quality system is necessary becouse:

- It permits the realisation of contractual relationships;

- It contributes to the reduction of the losts;

- Develops the confidence in the products and services –internal and external;

- Increases the asourance in functioning.
