Decizia de internationalizare a firmei, analiza pietelor internationale, selectarea pietelor tinta si alegerea metodei de patrundere pe piata tinta sunt obiective indeplinite pentru firma SC SA si au fost prezentate in prima parte a proiectului.

In partea a doua se prezinta: derularea activitatilor precontractuale, contractarea, derularea tranzactiei, analiza financiara si calculul eficientei.

S.C. AkyBud Prod SRL was incorporated in 1994 and in the year 1996 it started operating in the beekeeping field. In 2004, the company acquired a plot of land of 12.500 m2, located in the Balesti village, where it has set up the Honey Processing Factory.

S.C. AkyBud Prod SRL currently has the following assets:

- A factory of 650 m2

- A warehouse of 580 m2

- A platform of 4500 m2

- A laboratory specialized in honey testing, which is equipped up to the international standards.

Due to the fact that the share capital is 100% private, the gathering, the processing and the packing of the honey for the retail markets is made by a team of employees, laboratory assistants and producers, the entire activity being carried out at a high technical, qualitative and hygienic level, in order to meet all the requirements of the customers.

For the same reason of anticipating the needs of the customers, Akybud Prod SRL has a laboratory which is specialized in honey testing, laboratory due to which the company carefully controls each quantity of honey that is acquired, in order to prevent the acquisition of honey that does not meet the international sanitary norms concerning the quality requirements.

The honey export currently has a dynamic trend as it increased from some 30 tons in 1996 up to around 2.600 tons in 2005.

In order to better understand our activity, we present you the "route" of the honey, starting from its acquisition and ending with its expedition.

The acquisition activity

Having in view that the export demand increases by the day, the quantity of honey coming form our own apiary is not enough and we thus have to acquire honey from private producers who are spread all over the country.

Following the phone conversations we have with the apiarists - during which we negotiate the price of the honey, the quality, the assortment and the address where the acquisition agent must go in order to gather the honey - the acquisition agent goes to them, using the company's cars, where he checks the honey by smell (organoleptic) in the first phase, color afterwards and also with the refractometer, when we check the humidity of the honey, which should not exceed 19-19,5% because otherwise it turns sour. A number of two samples are taken from the honey gathered from the apiarist of which one is sealed and handed out to the apiarist. In case if our laboratory analysis are not relevant for this one, he can redo the analysis of the honey he delivered to us. This analysis is compulsory in the last two years because the European Union EU has imposed new norms concerning treatment of the bee families, more precisely EU has forbidden their treatment with any kind of antibiotic (tetracycline, streptomycin, oxitetracycline, chloramphenicol, nitrophurane). Together with the handing out of the representative sample of the honey lot gathered from the apiarists, our company issues the acquisition voucher which
