occurred this contract of sale under the following conditions:

I,Ciurdar Robert, sale to Mitar Daniela, the ownership of the flat nr.12345 located in Timisoara Simion Barnutiu street 24,block 5,flat 8, having the cadastral number 1345/98, identificated as part of Modern neighborhood, composed of 2 living room whith a usable area of 375 b square feet ,kitchen, bathroom, vestibule, room, glory hole, etc

I obtained this flat by purchase, unmarried, under contract of sale no.1456/78 dated 18.09.1995, act ended whith Purcar Marcel, fully paid as result of 1345/56, reseased by public servant Farcas Emil.

I, the seller, declare under our sole responsibility that the good referred to in this document was not removed from the civil law.

TAXES

Taxes are paid to date by the seller, as result of the certificate no.23/1998, issued by public servant Marcel Popescu, and from this time pass to the buyer which supports authentication fee.

The transmission property, possession and use takes place today , authentication date of this contract.

The price

The selling price is 20000 lei whith I, the saller, declair that I receved them entirely from the buyer today,at the contract signment.

I, Mitar Daniela, buy from Ciurdar Robert the flat described just now with the price and in the conditions of the present contract and i undertake to make personal the tabulation at the courthouse that has the competence in legal terms.

Also we were put in mind the consequences of non-compliance with legal terms declaring the real price in the documents witch dispute taxe evasion.

Edited , processed and authentificated by public servant Dorin Mircea in 3 copies whereby 2 for the parties.
