Scopul acestei lucrari este acela de a imprima absolventilor rigoare in tratamentul empiric al principalelor concepte psihologice utilizate in diversele analize efectuate la nivel organizational.

Diagnoza organizationala nu se desfasoara doar cu mijloace calitative, ci se bazeaza de cele mai multe ori si pe aplicarea de metode de investigare cantitative. Dezavuam in mod explicit pe aceasta cale modalitatile ad-hoc, nefundamentate teoretic, de investigare a acestor realitati.

De exemplu, sunt mult prea dese in practica acele chestionare de satisfactie a muncii incropite de persoane care, intrebate fiind care este definitia conceptului pe care il masoara, nu pot raspunde decat cu tacere penibila. Specialistul real in resurse umana trebuie sa stapaneasca fara probleme principalele concepte cu care va lucra. Stapanirea la nivel empiric a unui concept vine, in viziunea noastra, din doua surse. Prima este cea teoretica si presupune cunoasterea definitiilor uzuale, a cercetarilor din domeniu, a principalelor modele explicative si in ultima instanta a stadiului cercetarilor avansate in domeniu. A doua sursa vine din experienta lucrului cu respectivul concept, experienta care poate fi personala sau dobandita tot prin studiu; consideram ca aceasta experienta poate fi acumulata printre altele si prin interactiunea cu instrumente clasice care evalueaza respectivul construct.

Prin urmare, vom prezenta, pe langa discutia teoretica a conceptelor adresate de noi, si un numar variabil de chestionare consacrate care masoara respectivul concept. Atragem atentia in mod explicit asupra aspectelor legate de dreptul intelectual asupra respectivelor instrumente. Instrumentele ce vor fi prezentate si cerute la aceasta lucrare nu sunt proprietatea autorilor lucrarii. Ele sunt protejate de copyright si sunt reprezentate la nivel international de prestigioase institute si case de editura. Copierea, reproducerea, stocarea in forma electronica, sau utilizarea lor pentru uzul comercial este strict interzisa, este calificata drept furt intelectual si se pedepseste conform legii. Instrumentele sunt tiparite in volumul Taking the measure of work, (Fields, 2002), volum aflat in biblioteca facultatii. Consultarea acestor instrumente in scop educational este permisa. Nici chiar traducerea lor in romana nu este insa permisa fara acordul proprietarilor lor de drept. De aceea ele sunt prezentate in engleza.

Aceasta lucrare nu are ca scop asigurarea viitorului practician in HR cu un instrumentar dobandit ilegal. Scopul lucrarii este acela de familiarizare cu respectivele chestionare. Indemnam viitorii practicieni in HR ca in conditiile in care vor dori sa utilizeze aceste chestionare sa le achizitioneze legal, in activitatea lor ulterioara.

Metodologia Q ofera un fundament pentru studiul sistematic al subiectivitatii si aceasta este principala sa caracteristica ce o face recomandabila tuturor cercetatorilor interesati in aspectele calitative ale comportamentului uman. Abordarea cea ...
