2. Order

Document engaging a buyer (importer) with a seller (exporter) in a transaction involving the delivery of specific products according to stated conditions mentioned in an offer, or known to the buyer (UN/ECE/FAL).

3. Delivery instructions

Document issued by the buyer (importer) concerning the delivery details of the ordered products. (UN/ECE/FAL).

4. Delivery (order) release

"order given by an owner of goods to a person in possession of them (the carrier or warehouseman) directing that person to deliver the goods to a person named in the order”.
